Vance Stevens talking about PLN in La Plata, Argentina

Vance Stevens visited La Plata, and gave a presentation on PLN. More than 20 teachers came to the School of Languages to listen to him. 
Among them was Susana Canelo who came from Del Valle (400km far form the capital of the province of Buenos Aires). Here is a picture of us:

Hi I certainly enjoyed my visit to La Plata and especially the chance to meet the teachers there. They are in a good atmosphere for technology which starts with the director there and permeates throughout the staff. I´ve made a link back to here from http://braz2010vance.pbworks.com/LaPlata

When did I start using Internet? I think it coincides with the economic change in Argentina ( 1 peso = 1 dollar) in the late 90's. I started using e-mailing. I have friedns and family living abroad or in other cities, and they usually complain about the fact that I am pretty lazy for writing letters and going to the post office.
